Jiangsu Xingsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the Yangkou Chemical Industrial Park, Rudong County, Jiangsu Province. With over 240 employees, including more than 50 technical personnel, it is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating research, production, sales, and service. The company currently produces three major product series: flame retardants, coatings and resins, and dyes and pharmaceutical intermediates. Its production capacities include 5,000 tons of flame retardants, 6,000 tons of coatings, 10,000 tons of resins, and 5,000 tons of dyes and pharmaceutical intermediates, with an annual sales revenue exceeding 300 million yuan.

The company primarily manufactures flame retardant series products, "Jiuhui" brand coatings and resins, nitrocellulose solutions, naphthalene series dye intermediates, resorcinol, and more. The flame retardant series includes brominated epoxy resin, melamine cyanurate, and brominated triazine. The "Jiuhui" brand coatings comprise anti-corrosion coatings, steel drum paints, marine zinc silicate shop primers (certified by DNV of Norway), floor paints, high-temperature paints, and coil coatings. The resin series mainly consists of polyester resin, acrylic resin, and alkyd resin. The naphthalene series dye intermediates include K acid, γ acid, G salt, R salt, and bromo acid, among others.
