The company was established in June 2003 and is located at No. 77 Changjiang Road, Laiyang City, Yantai, Shandong Province. It is primarily engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of fine chemicals. Its products include liquid crystal materials, OLED materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, PI materials, and other special functional materials.

The company covers an area of 300,000 square meters, with a building area of 170,000 square meters. It operates 15 standardized production lines, over 500 sets of various types of reactors ranging from 50 liters to 20,000 liters, more than 180 sets of auxiliary production equipment, and over 50 sets of analytical and testing instruments (including Agilent and Mettler gas and liquid chromatographs from the United States, and Shimadzu GC/LC/GCMS from Japan, among others).
