Main Uses

Food and Beverage Industry:

As a high-intensity sweetener, it is used to reduce sucrose usage and lower food calories. It is widely used in carbonated beverages, fruit juices, dairy beverages, ice cream, baked goods (bread, cakes), candies, jams, jellies, etc.

Suitable for diabetics, obese individuals, and those controlling sugar intake, as it does not affect blood sugar levels (not metabolized into glucose) and is non-cariogenic (not broken down by oral bacteria).

Pharmaceuticals and Health Products:

Used in oral liquids, chewable tablets, syrups, and other preparations to mask the bitter taste of medicines while avoiding adding calories (e.g., for medications taken by diabetics).

As a sweetener for health supplements, used in vitamin tablets, protein powder, etc.

Other Fields:

Provides sweetness in cosmetics (such as lip care products) and oral care products (toothpaste, mouthwash) to improve user experience. Animal feed additive to improve feed palatability.
