Main Applications:

Daily Chemical and Fragrance Industry: Due to its mild floral or fruity scent, it can be used as a fragrance additive in perfumes, soaps, and cosmetics (such as face creams and shampoos), and can also be used to blend food flavorings (such as citrus and cream flavors).

Surfactant Synthesis: It is a raw material for the preparation of nonionic surfactants (such as polyoxyethylene decyl ether) and anionic surfactants (such as sodium decyl sulfate), used in detergents, emulsifiers, foaming agents, etc.

Industrial Field: Used as a solvent in the production of inks, coatings, and resins; used as a lubricant additive to improve lubrication performance; can also serve as an organic synthesis intermediate for the preparation of plastic plasticizers and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Others: Used as a softening agent in the textile industry and as a component of rust inhibitors in metal processing.
