Changzhou Lvzhou Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. (formerly Changzhou Yousheng Chemical Plant) is located in the Southeast Economic Development Zone of Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is adjacent to National Highway 312 to the south and close to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, and Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway to the north, offering a superior geographical location with convenient water and land transportation.

Since its establishment in 1993, the plant has adhered to a market-oriented approach, survival through quality, and development driven by new products. Through scientific management, the establishment of a quality management system, and ensuring product quality, the plant actively promotes the coordination of environmental protection and production development. It upholds a sustainable development strategy, strengthens cooperation with universities and research institutes, and actively develops new products while introducing new technologies and equipment. Continuous production development has led to a multi-field, multi-variety production structure. 80% of the plant's products are exported to Japan, Europe, and the United States.

The main products produced by the plant include: anisole, phenetole, o-dimethoxybenzene, m-dimethoxybenzene, p-dimethoxybenzene, m-methyl anisole, o-methyl anisole, p-methyl anisole, dimethyl succinate, diethyl succinate, dimethyl maleate, diethyl maleate, ammonium acetate, benzyltriethylammonium chloride, and textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries.

The plant has passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification and has comprehensive regulations covering technology, quality, on-site management, and other aspects. In recent years, following the operational philosophy of "Not seeking the largest, but the best; quality first, reputation foremost," the plant has increased capital investment.
