Yunnan Wenzhi Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. was established in 1993, with its predecessor being the Wenshan County Nonferrous Metals Smelting Plant. In 2001, it was restructured into a company, becoming a shareholding enterprise integrating mining, mineral processing, smelting, and trade, with the right to engage in import and export operations independently. By the end of 2000, the company's total assets reached 43.7 million yuan, with fixed assets exceeding 18 million yuan. It owns two wholly-owned subsidiary mining enterprises and one smelting plant, employing over 250 staff. The factory site covers approximately 30,000 square meters, while the mining area spans about 1.5 square kilometers. The mine has proven geological reserves of antimony metal totaling 75,000 tons. The company's Chairman and General Manager, Liang Zhengxian, has founded and operated seven enterprises, with nearly two decades of experience in nonferrous metals smelting. He possesses high technical and managerial expertise and was twice honored as an "Outstanding Township Enterprise in Yunnan Province" in 1992 and 1996.

Over the past five years, our company has invested more than 24 million yuan to complete a series of investment plans, including the construction of two mines. This has increased the annual production capacity of refined antimony to 4,000 tons and established a production line capable of producing 2,000 tons of ultra-fine antimony trioxide annually. The establishment of raw material bases, expansion of production scale, and diversification of product varieties have significantly enhanced our company's ability to withstand market risks.
