Zaoyang Fuxing Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in March 1999, specializing in the research, development, and production of fine pharmaceutical and chemical products. It is one of the first high-tech enterprises in Zaoyang to obtain ISO9001 certification and intellectual property management system certification. In line with national requirements for developing green chemical industry, the company has built a new plant covering approximately 40 acres in the Zaoyang Chemical Industrial Park, focusing on projects for antioxidants and aminoketones. The main workshop spans 2,000㎡, with over ten auxiliary buildings including a power center, warehouse, office building, fire pump room, and wastewater treatment station, totaling about 6,000㎡. More than 200 sets of new equipment have been purchased. With a total investment of over 80 million RMB, the company has established multiple production lines for two pillar industries: antioxidants and pharmaceutical intermediates. Upon completion, the annual production capacity will include approximately 200 tons of Antioxidant 565, used in high-end plastics, rubber, and other polymer materials serving aerospace and other fields; and about 200 tons of pharmaceutical intermediates such as aminoketone, methylaminoketone, p-nitrophenylacetic acid, and 3-aminopiperidine dihydrochloride, utilized in the manufacturing of preliminary drugs for sedation, reducing three highs (hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia), and anti-tumor treatments. Due to advanced technology, optimized processes, state-of-the-art equipment, and reduced costs, the project is expected to increase efficiency by 25% year-on-year. The company has introduced advanced German DCS and SIS systems, combined with online monitoring systems, to achieve automated process operations and management, enhancing production efficiency, reducing labor costs, and improving production safety. The project includes the construction of an ARES ecological energy wastewater treatment system, an RTO exhaust gas treatment system, and solid waste storage facilities, significantly boosting the capacity and effectiveness of industrial waste treatment while comprehensively improving the workshop and plant environment. This enables clean production, green environmental protection, and energy savings. The new production lines will achieve high efficiency, high capacity, low pollution, and high safety, with an estimated annual output value of 100 million RMB. Products are exported to developed countries and regions such as Europe, America, Japan, and Taiwan, generating over 20 million RMB in annual profits and taxes. The company integrates the principles of "innovation, integration, and greenness" throughout the entire product lifecycle, including R&D, production, logistics, and customer service, striving relentlessly to reduce global energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.
