Nantong Youteng Medical Wastewater Automatic Control System

Nantong Youteng Medical Wastewater Automatic Control System

Nowadays, most of our sewage treatment systems have low automation technology levels, improper management, efficiency generally lower than world standards, high sewage treatment costs, and unstable water quality of the treated sewage discharged from sewage plants. Therefore, how to establish an effective sewage treatment automatic control system, optimize the program operation effect, and reduce program operation costs is of great significance.

Overall framework of the sewage treatment automatic control system:

The core controller of the sewage treatment automatic control system is PLC, which can successfully complete the program operation, shutdown and frequency conversion speed regulation control of various related equipment by detecting the input of operation panel buttons, the input of various types of sensors, or the input of various related analog quantities.

Combined with the control requirements and production technology, the control system adopts a combination of on-site control and remote control. The on-site site uses Siemens **Host** series modules for data collection and control of motors such as water pumps and gates. Then it can communicate with the engineer station located in the central control room of the office building through the DP bus. The central control room is equipped with an industrial computer, and the upper computer software developed based on the configuration network monitors and remotely controls the parameters of each control area.

Significant features of the sewage treatment automatic control system:

1. **Expansion modules are adopted, which can expand 32 sub-stations, with strong expandability.

2. The ** series PLC products have strong anti-interference ability, making the entire sewage treatment automatic control system stable and reliable.

3. The ** series products have rich types, which can easily configure various systems that meet customer needs for customers, facilitating customer selection.

4. The sewage treatment automatic control system has the function of automatic fault diagnosis, which can immediately eliminate the problems appearing in the program operation and ensure the reliability of the system program operation.

5. Siemens **Host*** series products have stable and reliable operation and high cost performance.

Considering various influencing factors such as environmental protection and water injection, it is very necessary to treat industrial sewage. Our company's sewage treatment automatic control system, combined with the current production technology status, measurement and automatic control detection instrument application, and PLC automatic control system technology, can provide an effective automatic control system solution for current industrial sewage treatment.
