1) Small floor area: Large-scale central filtering systems occupy much less floor area than individual machine filtering systems.

2) Easy management: There are fewer points for adding cutting fluid, which can reduce the number of cutting fluid management personnel. Waste cutting fluid can be centrally treated, causing less environmental pollution; the discharged iron filings are concentrated, which is convenient for transportation and treatment; the use of cutting fluid can be centrally detected.

3) Filtering precision is easy to control;

The cutting fluid is transported through pipelines to machine tools or automatic lines via the internal supply pipelines of the workshop, and flushes the iron filings into the return fluid system. Under the action of pressure nozzles, the iron filings and emulsion flow back to the filtering system through overhead pipelines or underground pipeline systems. The emulsion in the filtering system first undergoes rough filtration through a scraper sedimentation tank, and larger iron filings are sent to a chip collection box by a scraper conveyor. Then the emulsion is finely filtered by a negative pressure filter, and the purified liquid after two filtrations is sent back to the workshop by a pump unit. The supply pump unit of this system adopts variable-frequency constant-pressure supply technology to ensure the stability of the supply pressure and flow of the entire filtering system. When the number of equipment using cutting fluid in the workshop changes, the pressure in the pipeline will also change. The pressure sensor will send a signal, and the pump unit will automatically adjust the flow rate to keep the pressure in the workshop pipeline system constant. The liquid preparation system consists of a liquid preparation tank, a liquid preparation pump, corresponding pipelines and regulating valves, and can automatically prepare liquid according to the set values. The aeration device regularly aerates the liquid tank to inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria and effectively extend the service life of the cutting fluid. The oil removal device automatically removes the floating oil on the liquid surface to avoid the corrosion of the cutting fluid by the floating oil. The system is equipped with a liquid level detection system, which automatically detects the liquid level and outputs signals. It also has an automatic water replenishment function to automatically replenish water for the system. The electrical control has four modes: manual/automatic/semi-automatic/holiday cycle to meet the needs of different working conditions. During factory holidays and statutory holidays, to prevent the cutting fluid from spoiling due to long-term standing, the system is equipped with a recirculation pump. After the system stops running, selecting the holiday cycle mode on the control panel will automatically start the recirculation pump, keeping the cutting fluid flowing, which can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, greatly extend the service life of the cutting fluid, and achieve the purpose of cost saving.

The coolant central filtering system provides central supply and central treatment for the grinding fluid in the production workshop, and can perform central filtering, oil removal, aeration and sterilization on the coolant, realizing the control of its concentration, pH value and bacterial count, thereby ensuring that the coolant does not deteriorate and extending its service life.
