The centralized cutting fluid purification system is generally placed next to the waste liquid collection pool, and is equipped with a water pump and a filter box. The water outlet of the waste liquid collection pool is connected to the water inlet of the system's water pump through a water pipe. A mounting frame is slidably connected along the length direction inside the waste liquid collection pool, and a magnet block close to the bottom of the waste liquid collection pool is arranged on the mounting frame. Wastewater passes through porous filter media or facilities, and suspended solids larger than the pore size are intercepted, so that the wastewater is purified to a certain extent. The physical filtration device separates suspended solids in the wastewater through physical filtration, and this physical filtration device is fluidly connected to the collection tank, wherein the physical filtration device is one or a combination of a box-type filter press, a belt filter press, and a plate-and-frame filter press.
When the centralized cutting fluid purification system filters wastewater, the wastewater is first introduced into the wastewater sedimentation tank and allowed to stand. After a period of standing, iron filings and sediment settle to the bottom of the wastewater sedimentation tank. At this point, the water pump can be turned on, which pumps the relatively clean water from the upper layer of the wastewater sedimentation tank. The water pumped by the water pump enters the filter barrel and continues to be filtered through the filter layer inside the filter barrel, and finally clean liquid is obtained;
