1. Introduction to SFBX stainless steel self-priming pump
The SFBX stainless steel small self-priming pump is mainly composed of two parts: the motor and the pump body. There are two connection methods between the pump and the motor: direct-connected type and bearing bracket type. The shaft seal adopts the mechanical seal of cantilever technology. All flow-passing parts and connecting frames are made of stainless steel. It is a self-priming pump model with corrosion resistance. Its impeller can adopt semi-open structure or closed structure, and has a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, convenient use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, good sealing performance and so on. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, dyeing and finishing, fine chemical and other industries, for conveying liquids with temperature not higher than 90℃ (direct-connected type) or not higher than 105℃ (bearing bracket type), which may contain or not contain fine soft particles or fibers, corrosive or requiring hygienic standards.

3. Operating conditions of SFBX stainless steel self-priming pump
1) The temperature of the liquid passing through the direct-connected pump shall not exceed 100℃, and the temperature of the liquid passing through the bearing bracket pump shall not exceed 160℃.
2) Since there is no material that can adapt to any medium, concentration and temperature so far, the corrosivity of the medium conveyed by the user and the operating conditions shall not exceed the applicable scope of the pump material.
3) The technical data provided in this product are measured with normal temperature clear water as the medium. If the conveying medium is not normal temperature clear water, the pump performance will change, so the user should make appropriate adjustments according to the actual operating needs.
