The 2BE series water ring vacuum pump is of single-stage single-acting structure, which can be used to suck non-solid particulate, water-insoluble and non-corrosive gases to form vacuum and pressure in closed containers. By changing the structural materials, it can also be used to suck corrosive gases and corrosive liquids. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, high efficiency and energy saving, reliable operation and so on. The key components such as pump shaft, impeller and distribution plate are optimized in design. The components such as distribution plate, impeller and pump shaft of the 2BE series water ring vacuum pump are systematically optimized and designed, which simplifies the structure and improves the performance to achieve energy saving. Welded impeller is adopted, the blades are stamped and formed at one time, the profile is reasonable, and the hub is fully processed, which solves the dynamic balance problem. The impeller and pump shaft adopt interference fit through heat installation, with reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the whole is well heat-treated, and the blades have good toughness, which fundamentally guarantees the impact and bending resistance of the blades, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of load shock waves. It is equipped with a self-contained gas-water separator, with suction and exhaust ports set in multiple positions. The pump cover is provided with an exhaust valve maintenance window. 1. The pump can work continuously for a long time when the ambient temperature is between 5 and 40℃ and the inlet pressure is less than 1330Pa.
2. The pump is not suitable for extracting gases with too high oxygen content, toxic, corrosive to metals, chemically reactive to pump oil and containing particulate dust, nor is it suitable for transporting gases from one container to another as a transfer pump.
3. The continuous working time of the pump under the inlet pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6000Pa shall not exceed 3 minutes, so as to avoid pump damage caused by oil spraying or poor lubrication.
