Overview of ISW Horizontal Centrifugal Pump
ISW horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pump belongs to clear water pump, which is used for conveying clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water delivery in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, heating and cooling refrigeration circulation, warm and cold water circulation pressurization in bathrooms and other equipment matching, and the operating temperature shall not exceed 80℃.
ISW horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pump is developed and designed based on the international ISO2858 standard, using hydraulic models and referring to relevant international standards, and has become a substitute for SG series pipeline pumps. Lansheng Pump Industry specializes in producing various pipeline pumps. The technical standards, performance parameters, test methods and so on adopted by ISW horizontal pipeline pressurized centrifugal pump effectively adopt the ISO international standards related to IS centrifugal pumps, and have basically the same performance parameters as IS centrifugal pumps, and its performance indicators meet the design requirements.
Working conditions of horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it shall be proposed separately when ordering, so that the flow-passing parts and connecting parts of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <40%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please indicate it when ordering, so that our factory can adopt wear-resistant mechanical seals.
