I. Introduction to SFBX Stainless Steel Self-Priming Pump
The SFBX small stainless steel self-priming pump mainly consists of two major parts: the motor and the pump body. There are two connection methods between the pump and the motor: direct connection and bearing bracket type. The shaft seal adopts a cantilever-type mechanical seal. All flow-passing components and connecting brackets are made of stainless steel. It is a type of self-priming pump with corrosion resistance. Its impeller can adopt an open or closed structure, featuring reliable corrosion resistance, convenient operation and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, good sealing performance and a series of other advantages. It is widely applicable in industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, dyeing and finishing, fine chemicals, etc., for conveying liquids that are corrosive or have hygiene requirements, with or without fine soft particles or fibrous substances, at a temperature not exceeding 90°C (for direct connection type) or not exceeding 105°C (for bearing bracket type).

1) The temperature of the flow-passing liquid for direct connection type pumps shall not exceed 100°C, and that for bearing bracket type pumps shall not exceed 160°C.
2) Since there is no material that can adapt to any medium, concentration and temperature by far, the corrosivity of the medium conveyed by the user and the operating conditions shall not exceed the applicable range of the pump's materials.
3) The technical data of this product are measured with normal-temperature clear water as the medium. If the conveyed medium is not normal-temperature clear water, the pump performance will change. Therefore, the user shall make appropriate adjustments according to actual usage needs.
