The key components such as the pump shaft, impeller, and distribution plate have been optimally designed. Whether it is a ductile iron impeller or a stamped welded impeller, it undergoes good heat treatment, and balance and dynamic balance checks are performed respectively before and after the interference hot installation, making the operation more stable and the impact resistance better. The welded impeller adopts one-time stamping and forming of blades, with a reasonable profile, and the hub is fully processed, solving the problem of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft adopt hot-installed interference fit, with reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the whole undergoes good heat treatment, and the blades have good toughness, which fundamentally ensures the impact resistance and bending resistance of the blades, and can adapt to harsh working conditions with load impact waves. It is equipped with an integrated gas-water separator, with air suction and exhaust ports at multiple positions. The pump cover is provided with an exhaust valve maintenance window. 1. The pump is allowed to work continuously for a long time under the conditions of an ambient temperature of 5～40℃ and an inlet pressure less than 1330Pa.
2. The pump is not suitable for extracting gases with high oxygen content, toxic gases, gases that are corrosive to metals, gases that react chemically with the pump oil, or gases containing particulate dust. It is also not suitable for use as a transfer pump to transport gas from one container to another.
3. The continuous working time of the pump at an inlet pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6000Pa shall not exceed 3 minutes, so as to prevent pump damage caused by oil injection or poor lubrication.
