Working Principle
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer and emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor, generating high linear speed, which makes the materials collide, break, undergo centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps, and then eject out. Under the action of multiple directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
