III. Optional Configurations
1. Four-blade propeller type - standard stirring head, which makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, with low shear force.
2. Three-blade propeller type - makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
3. Dissolution type - makes the mixed medium generate radial flow from both top and bottom; the strong turbulence and high shear force formed can crush particles in the liquid. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
4. Centrifugal type - two blades open as speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. The stirring effect is similar to that of a four-blade propeller. Suitable for medium and high speed use.
5. Fan blade type - generates tangential flow, with low turbulence and good heat exchange performance. Applied in occasions requiring gentle stirring of media. Suitable for low and medium speed use.
6. Anchor type - generates tangential flow, with high shear rate formed at the edge. Prevents the mixed medium from depositing on the container wall. Suitable for low speed use. Applied in polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids; it is an ideal stirring element for high-viscosity fluids.

IV. Maintenance of Mechanical Stirrers
· 1. Bearings bear all the load of the machine, so lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil is required to be clean and the sealing is good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
· 2. Newly installed wheel hoops are prone to loosening and require regular inspection.
· 3. Pay attention to whether the operation of each part of the machine is normal.
· 4. Pay attention to checking the wear degree of easily worn parts, and replace worn parts in time.
· 5. The bottom frame surface where the movable device is placed should be kept free of dust and other substances, so that when the machine encounters materials that cannot be crushed, the movable bearings can move on the bottom frame to avoid serious accidents. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
· 7. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gears are running, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before restarting.
