Product Introduction:
The laboratory stainless steel high-pressure reactor is equipped with an electric constant-speed stirring system, a condensation system, and a dropping system. The jacket of the reactor body needs to be connected to an external heating or cooling circulation device. While stirring the materials, a circulating hot solution or coolant is injected through the jacket to heat or cool the materials in the reactor at a constant temperature. When the materials are heated and reacted, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (a vacuum device needs to be connected). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid when passing through the glass condensation coil (a cooling device needs to be connected), and it can flow back into the reactor or be recovered through the valve at the lower part of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is completed, the materials can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the reactor.
This series of products needs to be matched with a vacuum device, a high-temperature or low-temperature circulation device, etc. to form a complete system device.
