Product Introduction:

The Double-layer Frequency Conversion Speed-Regulating Glass Vacuum Reactor Mixing, Stirring and Emulsifying Machine can realize process operations such as material dispersion, emulsification, homogenization and mixing under vacuum or pressure environment. It can be equipped with various high-efficiency macro-agitators, high-shear homogenizing emulsifiers, reliable vacuum sealing systems and temperature control systems. It is used for dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization and dissolution of materials in the laboratory. Under vacuum or pressure conditions, the entire reaction process of material stirring, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion and mixing can be observed through the glass kettle.

It can simultaneously measure the temperature, pressure, viscosity, pH, etc. of materials. It can also heat or cool materials.

1) The homogenizing and emulsifying device of this machine can reach the bottom of the kettle, and internal circulation emulsification can be realized through the emulsifying head. By using the high-speed emulsifying device combined with the function of slow-speed scraping, the raw materials will form a strong circulating turbulent flow without dead corners. The entire process is carried out under vacuum conditions, preventing the generation of bubbles after high-speed stirring of materials, and meeting the hygienic and aseptic requirements. It can also be used to remove bubbles, making the product structure more compact and glossy, and achieving a longer shelf life. The water-sealed pump will not produce oil and gas, which is suitable for GMP plant specifications.
