III. Optional Configurations
1. Four-blade propeller type - standard stirring head, which makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom with low shear force.
2. Three-blade propeller type - makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force. Used at medium and high speeds.
3. Dissolution type - makes the mixed medium generate radial flow from both top and bottom, and the strong turbulence and high shear force formed can crush particles in the liquid. Used at medium and high speeds.
4. Centrifugal type - double blades open as speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. The stirring effect is similar to that of four-blade propeller paddles. Used at medium and high speeds.
5. Fan blade type - generates tangential flow with low turbulence and good heat exchange performance, suitable for occasions requiring gentle stirring of media. Used at medium and low speeds.
6. Anchor type - generates tangential flow, forming high shear rate at the edge, which makes the mixed medium not easy to deposit on the container wall. Used at low speeds. It is ideal for stirring elements of medium and high viscosity fluids, applied in polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids.

IV. Maintenance of Mechanical Stirrer
· 1. The bearing bears all the load of the machine, so lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil is required to be clean and the seal is good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) roller bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding planes.
· 2. The newly installed wheel hoop is prone to loosening, so it should be checked frequently.
· 3. Pay attention to whether the work of each part of the machine is normal.
· 4. Pay attention to checking the wear degree of easily worn parts, and replace the worn parts at any time.
· 5. The bottom frame plane of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other substances, so that when the machine encounters materials that cannot be crushed, the movable bearing cannot move on the bottom frame, resulting in serious accidents. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
