·1. The bearing bears all the load of the machine, so lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil is clean and the seal is good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
·2. The newly installed tire ring is prone to loosening and requires regular inspection.
·3. Pay attention to whether the various parts of the machine are working normally.
·4. Pay attention to checking the wear degree of easily worn parts, and replace worn parts in time.
