I. Working Principle:
The SCAR composite sewage air vent valve: When sewage in the pipe is in operation, the valve flap stays at the lower part of the positioning frame to exhaust a large amount of air. When the air is exhausted, sewage enters the valve, the float rises, driving the flap to close, stopping exhaust. A small amount of gas is naturally generated during pipeline operation, which gathers in the upper part of the pipe. When it reaches a certain level, the sewage in the valve drops, the float sinks with the water, opens the small hole and drives the large hole to replenish a large amount of air, ensuring pipeline safety. The SCAR air vent valve works on the same principle as the CARX air vent valve, with only slight modifications to the structure and a slight improvement to the lever mechanism. This keeps the float controlled at the lower part, preventing dirt from winding around the upper exhaust port and thus not affecting the sealing performance. This product is an air vent valve specially used for sewage pipeline projects.
