I. Product Overview:
The stainless steel automatic air vent uses the force of a float moving up and down with the liquid level to link the opening and closing of the air exhaust device, achieving the purpose of automatic air exhaust. When gas is collected inside the valve body, the liquid level in the valve drops due to air pressure, and the float descends accordingly. When it reaches the lower limit, it activates the lever system to open the valve port, releasing pressurized gas. As a result, the liquid level rises as the pressure inside the valve decreases, and the float ascends. Under the action of the spring's elastic force, the air outlet closes. In this way, gas is continuously collected, discharged, collected again, and discharged again, completing the automatic air exhaust process for the pipeline and equipment system.
II. Working Principle:
The stainless steel automatic air vent is designed to account for all known adverse factors (such as impurities, oil, suspended solids in water, turbulence of liquid inside the valve during air exhaust, vibration of pipelines and equipment connected to the air vent, etc.), and has excellent performance: it can operate reliably whether the system is just filled with water and started (a large amount of gas is discharged when the system starts) or when the system pressure is too high and needs moderate drainage to relieve pressure.
III. Installation and Operation Instructions:
1. Install this automatic air vent vertically. For vertical pipelines, it must be installed at the highest point; for horizontal pipelines, it must be installed at the farthest end.
2. The air vent must be installed vertically, ensuring the float inside the valve body remains in a vertical state; it cannot be installed horizontally or upside down.
3. After installing the automatic air vent, loosen the small upper nut to ensure smooth gas discharge.
4. For easy maintenance, the air vent is generally used together with a shut-off valve.
5. During use of the automatic air vent, if gas leakage occurs due to blockage by debris, tighten the small nut, drain the air vent, clean it, and it can be reinstalled and used after cleaning.
