I. Product Overview:

The pipe-connected discharge valve is an improved version of the top-entry discharge valve, with only slight modifications to the valve's sealing structure. This minor modification is sufficient to alter the valve's appearance and structural principle. It is mainly used at the bottom of reaction kettles for discharging materials. Its working principle is similar to that of a stop valve, but it has higher sealing requirements than a stop valve. This valve adopts a short-stroke disc design. The closing element moves along the center line of the valve seat, aligning with the discharge medium on the same center line. The valve body is trumpet-shaped, facilitating discharge from the bottom of the kettle, giving it a simple and aesthetic appearance. This valve is widely used in industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, pesticide, dye, and food processing. Depending on the valve body material, the temperature resistance varies, typically around 450 degrees. The driving part can be manual, gear-driven, or electric, with manual operation being the most common. It is easy to operate, opens freely, and moves flexibly and reliably.

II. Performance and Features:

1. Corrosion Resistance: 1. Applicable media include water, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, barium carbonate, benzene (WCB material temperature range: -29℃ to 425℃). 2. Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide (stainless steel material temperature range: -60℃ to 232℃). 3. Fluoride-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature below 150℃, concentration >30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is ≤150℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-2.5MPA. If exceeding these specifications, it must be noted when placing an order.

2. Corrosion Resistance: 1. PTFE has excellent adhesion to metals and average tensile strength, and is resistant to dilute acids, concentrated acids, etc. 2. Applicable media include particles, oil, pulp, carbon dioxide (stainless steel material temperature range: -60℃ to 232℃). 3. Fluoride-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature below 150℃, concentration >30%). 4. The general working temperature of stainless steel is -5℃ to 225℃, and the pressure range is 0.6-1.6MPA. If exceeding these specifications, it must be noted when placing an order.

3. Formed by high-temperature coating on a metal substrate at around 900 degrees. It has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, can prevent the reaction between the medium and metal ions that would contaminate products, and features a smooth surface, wear resistance, and certain thermal stability. Except for phosphorus and light phosphorus media, hydrofluorocarbons, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and potassium hydroxide, this valve can resist various acids, bases, salt solutions, and organic solvents. A. Corrosion Resistance: 1. It can resist general inorganic acids, organic acids, weak alkaline solutions (P≤60℃, pH≤12), and organic media. 2. It outperforms stainless steel in strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Fluoride-containing liquids (such as HF) are strictly prohibited, as are strong bases and phosphoric acid (temperature below 150℃, concentration >30%). B. Heat Resistance: Allows use between -30℃ and 240℃ (resistance to rapid temperature changes <120℃). C. Has a smooth surface, is not easy to adhere materials, and is easy to clean. E. Insulation: Impact resistance is low at 2500 grams/cm, so hard objects should be avoided during use. F. Pressure resistance: 0.6MPA
