1. Product Overview:

    The sealing surface of the angle-type discharge valve disc is provided with a guiding notch adapted to the sealing surface of the valve seat. The disc is equipped with high-hardness cemented carbide at the sealing surface with the valve seat, and its surface is provided with a tungsten carbide layer, which greatly improves the erosion resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface, thereby extending the service life of the product. The sealing pair adopts line sealing, which ensures the sealing reliability and prevents scaling. The valve is equipped with an anti-rotation mechanism to ensure that the valve stem only moves linearly during opening and closing, without rotating, meeting the high-performance requirements of "three resistances and one prevention": wear resistance, pressure resistance, erosion resistance, and scaling prevention. The valve driving methods include manual, pneumatic, electric, and gear transmission, available for users to choose from.

2. Product Application:

    It is mainly used for discharging materials from reaction tanks. The valve body is equipped with erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing rings and discs, which have undergone special treatment, featuring high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable sealing, and large flow rate. It is widely applicable in the alumina industry. Its driving methods include manual, bevel gear, electric, and pneumatic. During the alumina production process, when alkali-containing material particles in the alumina medium pass through the sealing surfaces of the disc and valve seat, they cause severe erosion and corrosion to ordinary cemented carbide, reducing the sealing performance of the contact surface and leading to medium internal leakage. According to actual working conditions, the valve body is equipped with erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant guards, which can protect the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion at the moment the valve is opened. The entire valve has undergone special surface treatment, making its surface hardness reach HRC 60~65, with excellent high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. Product Features:

    The valve body of the angle-type discharge valve is at a 90-degree angle, with the same size of inlet and outlet flanges. The valve body is equipped with an erosion-resistant and corrosion-resistant sealing ring, which can protect the valve body from medium erosion and corrosion at the moment the valve is opened. The sealing ring has undergone special treatment, making its surface hardness reach HRC 25~40. Both the valve seat sealing surface and the disc sealing surface are surfaced with Stellite cemented carbide. The sealing pair adopts line sealing, ensuring sealing reliability and preventing scaling. The inclined surface of the disc forms a line seal with the angle of the valve seat. When the disc opens and closes, the handwheel drives the copper nut, which drives the valve stem (guided by a splint during up-and-down movement, so the valve stem will not rotate) to extend into the reactor. The bottom flange is detachable and can be welded to the bottom of the reactor (Note: the flange must be disassembled when the valve is in the fully closed state). The angle-type discharge valve is strictly prohibited from being used with fluorine-containing ionic liquids (such as HF), as well as strong alkalis and phosphoric acid (temperature >150°C, concentration >30%).
