I. Introduction: The HCP balanced cage-guided single-seat control valve is an improved pressure-balanced control valve. It uses high-performance sealing rings on the plug or cage, which effectively improves the leakage class. The balanced cage-guided single-seat control valve has a compact valve body structure, an S-shaped flow channel, and a diversion wing designed to improve the balanced flow of fluid around the cage, resulting in small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics, complying with the IEC534-2-1976 standard. This control valve features good dynamic stability, low noise, and small cavitation corrosion. Equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm or pneumatic actuator, it has a compact structure and large output force. This product complies with the GB/T4213-92 standard. II. Internal Components of the Valve:

Materials: Stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 17-4PH, 9Cr18, 316L), stainless steel hardfaced with Stellite alloy, titanium, and corrosion-resistant alloys, etc.
III. Features:
1. The valve body has a compact structure, an S-shaped flow channel, and a diversion wing to improve the balanced flow of fluid around the cage, resulting in small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics, complying with the IEC534-2-1976 standard.
