I. Introduction:
The seat of the three-piece flanged ball valve adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and smooth operation. The valve stem features a bottom-mounted design with a reverse sealing structure, which prevents the valve stem from being ejected even under abnormal pressure surge in the valve cavity. The valve body is cast using advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The driving methods include manual, electric, and pneumatic. A 90° switch positioning mechanism can be installed, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. The three-piece flanged ball valve uses a sphere with a circular passage as the opening and closing part, and the sphere rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. The opening and closing part of the ball valve is a perforated sphere that rotates around an axis perpendicular to the passage, thereby achieving the purpose of opening and closing the passage. Ball valves are mainly used to cut off or connect media in pipelines and equipment, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. They have small fluid resistance, simple structure, small volume, light weight, tight and reliable sealing, convenient operation and maintenance, will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface, and have a wide range of applications.
II. Product Features:
1. Single-seat design, eliminating the problem of abnormal pressure surge in the valve cavity medium affecting operational safety.
2. Low-torque design: The valve stem with a special structure only needs a small handwheel to easily open and close the valve.
3. No friction during opening and closing: This function completely solves the problem of sealing performance degradation caused by friction between sealing surfaces in traditional valves.
4. Three-piece structure: The valve installed on the pipeline can be directly inspected and maintained online, effectively reducing plant downtime and lowering costs.
5. Wedge-shaped sealing structure: The valve relies on the mechanical force provided by the valve stem to wedge the sphere tightly against the seat for sealing, so the sealing performance is not affected by changes in pipeline pressure difference, ensuring reliable sealing under all working conditions.
6. Self-cleaning structure of the sealing surface: When the sphere separates from the seat, the fluid in the pipeline flows evenly through the sphere's sealing surface at 360°, which not only eliminates local erosion of the seat by high-speed fluid but also washes away deposits on the sealing surface, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning.
