I. Product Overview:
The DYH41X-16Y quick-closing check valve consists of main components such as the valve body, valve cover, central shaft, copper sleeve, valve seat, and valve disc. The opening and closing of the valve are realized by controlling the up-and-down movement of the valve disc. When the pump starts, the valve disc rises under the thrust of water flow, opening the valve. The DYH41X Y-type check valve closes rapidly under the action of spring force. When the water flow approaches zero, the valve disc closes completely, preventing water backflow. Since water cannot flow backward, no kinetic energy is generated, thus avoiding water hammer. This valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction and blocks flow in the opposite direction. Generally, this valve operates automatically: under the action of fluid pressure flowing in one direction, the valve disc opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the valve disc presses against the valve seat under the combined action of fluid pressure and its own weight, cutting off the flow.
II. Product Features:
The check valve is installed at the outlet of the water pump. When the pump stops, it functions as a quick check valve to prevent water hammer. The main components of the product are made of stainless steel and ductile iron. All sealing rings are made of imported rubber materials, and different materials are selected according to temperature. The inner and outer cavities of the valve body are treated with epoxy resin spraying, making the valve wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and not easy to rust. It will not generate pollutants, is non-radioactive, and will not harm the environment or damage the ecological balance.
III. Main Technical Performance:
1. The main valve body of the Y-type quick-closing check valve adopts a Y-type diaphragm structure, and the sealing pair is non-metallic. The valve is generally required to be installed horizontally, connected to the pipeline by flanges, and the flange connection dimensions shall comply with the national standard GB/T17241.6.
