I. Introduction:

This valve is widely used at the outlet of pressure-boosting water pumps in water supply systems of industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, water utilities, municipal engineering, and environmental protection. It prevents backflow of media in the pipeline network and eliminates water hammer through fast and slow closing operations, protecting the safety of water pumps and pipeline network systems. The design fully considers the requirements of application scenarios, and the product has undergone multiple technological innovations. It features a unique structure, small volume, low fluid resistance, stable operation, reliable sealing, strong scouring resistance, and wear resistance. Due to its small size and light weight, it is particularly suitable for large-diameter pipeline systems.

This valve is the fifth-generation new product after traditional manual control valves, hydraulic butterfly valves, multifunctional hydraulic valves, and hydraulic automatic valves used at water pump outlets. Through fluid design of the valve, a straight flow channel is formed, resulting in low energy consumption and stable operation with good sealing performance. It integrates the functions of electric gate valves, electric butterfly valves, and check valves. By shortening the fast-closing time, it can better eliminate water hammer hazards and protect the safety of water pumps and pipeline network systems.

II. Working Principle:

When the handwheel is rotated forward, the large and small valve stems drive the upper and lower gate plates to compress the sleeve and close the valve; conversely, the valve opens. In this way, the gate plate reciprocates up and down between the guide posts to complete the opening and closing of the valve. In some working conditions with a large amount of sediment and debris (such as water quality of the Yellow River, sewage treatment systems, etc.), the valve control pipeline is prone to blockage, leading to valve failure. Large debris may also jam the valve plate, causing poor sealing of the valve. Additionally, in some special working conditions, severe water hammer occurs during valve opening and closing, resulting in loud noise and even accidents. Since its establishment, our company has been committed to the research and development and production of water pump outlet control valves. To completely solve these problems, our company spent three years developing the pipe force valve.

III. Application:

It is mainly used in the outlet pipelines of centrifugal pumps, mixed-flow pumps, and axial-flow pumps in automated water supply and drainage pumping stations. It is designed with two types of control devices: piston type and diaphragm type, which are suitable for clear water, raw water media, and sewage, slurry water media respectively. Through auxiliary components, it can real-time feedback the online operation status of the valve, and realize automatic control and remote detection functions for long-distance transmission projects. In terms of product types, our company has developed five specifications including general type, backwater low-pressure type, and sewage type to meet the needs of different customers in various working conditions. Due to its compact structure, small size, and light weight, it is particularly suitable for large-diameter pipeline systems.
