I. Introduction:
The bevel gear operated general valve, also known as the track-type plug valve, is suitable for pipelines transporting aviation kerosene, crude oil, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, chemical media, etc., and is an ideal device for medium cutoff. The working principle of the double-seal double-block and bleed function valve mainly lies in the action of the two sealing slides installed on the plug. The bevel gear operated full-bore general valve is suitable for pipelines transporting aviation kerosene, crude oil, light oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, pipeline gas, chemical media, etc., and is an ideal device for medium cutoff. The elastic sealing ring is molded in the groove of the slide. As the sealing slide moves toward the inlet and outlet of the valve, the sealing ring is gradually pressed into the groove. The machined surface of the slide and the inner cavity of the valve disc form a secondary metal seal to prevent the elastic sealing ring from being further compressed, and it has a fire protection function.
II. Product Features:
① During the opening and closing process of the valve, there is no contact between the sealing surface of the valve body and the sealing surface of the slide, so the sealing surface has no friction or wear, the service life of the valve is long, and the opening and closing torque is small;
② During valve maintenance, there is no need to remove the valve from the pipeline. Just disassemble the bottom cover of the valve and replace a pair of slides, making maintenance very convenient;
③ The valve body and plug are full-bore, so there is no flow resistance when the medium passes through the valve, and a pig can be passed to clean the pipeline, overcoming the shortcomings of reduced-bore valves;
④ The inner cavity of the valve body of the full-bore general valve is plated with hard chromium, making the sealing area hard and smooth;
⑤ The elastic seal on the slide is made of fluororubber and molded in the groove on the surface of the slide. The metal-to-metal seal with fire protection function serves as the backing for the elastic seal;
⑥ The valve is equipped with an automatic bleed device (optional), which prevents abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity and checks the sealing performance of the valve after the valve is fully closed;
⑦ The valve opening and closing indicator is synchronized with the opening and closing position, which can accurately show the opening and closing status of the bevel gear operated full-bore general valve.
