Four-column hydraulic press

Zhu'en Motor Rotor and Stator Assembly Hydraulic Press, developed by Shanghai Zhu'en Industrial Development, is specially designed for processes such as stator pressing, rotor pressing and end cover pressing of new energy motors, servo motors, stepping motors and household appliance motors. It is the core assembly equipment for motor manufacturing.
The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength body, which is treated with aging stress relief, with stable rigidity, high pressing parallelism, and no easy partial load during the pressing process. Equipped with PLC touch screen CNC system, it can accurately set pressing pressure, stroke, dwell time, and store and call multi-section process programs. The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates pressing curves, judges whether the workpiece is qualified online, and production data can be exported and saved. It supports docking with the MES system to realize the whole process traceability of assembly quality.
It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety grating and emergency stop button to prevent workpiece and operator from being crushed by pressing. The tonnage, stroke and tooling can be customized according to the motor specifications. Positioning fixtures and automatic feeding and discharging mechanisms can be optionally equipped to adapt to semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines. It is widely used in the pressing of parts such as new energy vehicle motors, industrial motors and water pump motors, with stable pressing and high pass rate.
