 Control and drive: It adopts the control method of PLC + special control unit, the drive mode is servo motor, it is equipped with Chinese touch screen man-machine interface as standard, and the power supply is single-phase 220VAC or three-phase 380VAC.
 High control accuracy: It can realize precise full closed-loop control of pressure and displacement. The whole process curve of press-fitting force and displacement can be displayed on the touch screen. It can automatically judge whether the product is qualified at any stage and remove defective products in real time.
 Easy to operate: Press-fitting force, pressing depth, pressure speed and dwell time can be input numerically on the operation panel. 100 sets of press-fitting programs can be customized, stored and called, and seven press-fitting modes are available for selection.

 Data traceability: Connect to the computer through an external port, and the press-fitting data can be stored in the computer, which is convenient for production quality control and management.

Structure and performance

The servo hydraulic press of Shanghai Zhu'en may adopt a frame-type guide rail structure or a classic three-beam four-column structure, which has the characteristics of strong rigidity and excellent deformation resistance. Its no-load speed can reach 150-200mm/s, the working feed speed can be as low as 18mm/s, the pressure accuracy can reach ±5N, and the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.
