Hydraulic drive is adopted, which has more stable pressure compared with pneumatic equipment, and the energy consumption efficiency is increased by more than 30%.
The precision positioning device is driven by a servo motor, matched with high-precision displacement sensor detection, mechanical limit, and servo adjustment of the limit distance, with high repeated positioning accuracy up to ±0.01mm.
Flexible speed adjustment: The idle stroke speed can reach 150-200mm/s, quickly approaching the workpiece to reduce auxiliary time; the working feed speed can be as low as 18mm/s, ensuring precise control of processes such as press-fitting and forming.
Safe operation: It is equipped with safety protection measures such as infrared hand guard devices to ensure the safety of operators.
It is used for tooling pressing in the industries of motors, bearings, auto parts, home appliances, electrical appliances and electronics, and can also be used for processes such as punching, stamping, shaping, riveting, bending, shearing and stretching of metal or non-metallic materials.
