The 100T hot pressing machine features stable pressure, precise temperature control, safety and high efficiency, and is suitable for hot pressing forming and pressure assembly scenarios in multiple industries.

Core Structure and Appearance

- Four-column three-plate fuselage, integrally welded with high rigidity; built-in oil tank, neat and space-saving.

- Precise guide sleeve for guiding, the parallelism accuracy of upper and lower working faces ≤0.08mm, and the repeat accuracy of the bottom dead center of the positioning cylinder ≤0.01mm.

- The workbench is equipped with casters and foot cups, which are convenient to move and fix; the oil tank can be optional integrated or split type.

Performance Highlights

- Pressure: 100T rated output force. The pressure, stroke and dwell time can be adjusted steplessly to adapt to various processes.

- Heating: The upper and lower templates are independently electrically heated, equipped with imported intelligent temperature control, with a temperature difference of ±1℃, fast heating and uniform heat generation.

- Efficiency: Fast master-slave cylinders realize fast downward movement, slow pressurization and fast return stroke, improving the beat.

- Control: PLC + touch screen, supports manual/semi-automatic mode, can display pressure, temperature and position curves in real time, and is equipped with safety configurations such as emergency回升 and infrared hand guard.

Application Scenarios

It is suitable for film switch forming, keyboard circuit lamination, hot pressing assembly of motors/electronic components, vulcanization of plastic/rubber parts, hot shaping of hardware parts, etc. Mold changing can realize both forming and punching functions.
