Heat Pipe Straightening Machine

ZhuEn Copper Tube Straightening and Shaping Machine is developed and manufactured by Shanghai ZhuEn Industrial Co., Ltd. It is specially designed for flattening, straightening, and end shaping correction of heat dissipation copper tubes, capillary tubes, and refrigeration copper tubes, solving the problem of deformation and springback of copper tubes after bending and welding. It is suitable for industries such as 3C heat dissipation, air conditioners, and new energy radiators.
The equipment adopts a high-strength four-column machine body, which has undergone aging stress relief treatment, featuring high rigidity and high pressing parallelism. Equipped with a PLC touch numerical control system, the pressure, dwell time, slider stroke, and speed can be freely set on the touch screen. It supports multi-stage process storage and calling, with stable pressure output, effectively controlling the thinning deformation of copper tubes and avoiding cracking and scratching. A heating plate is optional for hot shaping, which reduces the springback of copper tubes and improves the flatness of finished products.
The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, judges product quality online, and production data can be saved and exported for quality traceability. It is equipped with safety gratings, emergency stop, and overload protection, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It can be matched with automatic feeding and demolding/unloading mechanisms to connect to a fully automatic production line. It supports non-standard customization according to pipe diameter, wall thickness, and shaping tonnage, making it the preferred equipment for batch shaping of copper tube radiators.
