The Zhuen Motor Rotor and Stator Assembly Hydraulic Press, developed by Shanghai Zhuen Industrial, is designed specifically for processes such as stator pressing, rotor insertion, and end cap pressing for new energy motors, servo motors, stepper motors, and home appliance motors, serving as a core assembly equipment in motor manufacturing.
The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength fuselage, which has undergone aging stress relief treatment, ensuring stable rigidity and high pressing parallelism, with no easy eccentric load during the pressing process. Equipped with a PLC touch screen numerical control system, it can accurately set pressing pressure, stroke, and dwell time, and support storage and calling of multi-segment process programs. The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates pressing curves, and online judges whether the workpiece is qualified. Production data can be exported and retained, and it supports docking with MES systems to achieve full traceability of assembly quality.
It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety gratings, and emergency stop buttons to prevent workpiece and operator injuries. The tonnage, stroke, and tooling can be customized according to motor specifications, and positioning fixtures and automatic feeding and discharging mechanisms can be optionally configured, adapting to semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines. It is widely used in the pressing of components such as new energy vehicle motors, industrial motors, and water pump motors, with stable pressing and high yield.
