The Zhuen Motor Rotor and Stator Assembly Hydraulic Press, developed by Shanghai Zhuen Industrial Co., Ltd., is specially designed for processes such as stator press-fitting, rotor press-fitting, and end cap press-fitting for new energy motors, servo motors, stepping motors, and home appliance motors, serving as a core assembly equipment in motor manufacturing.
The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength fuselage, which has undergone aging and stress relief treatment, ensuring stable rigidity, high press-fitting parallelism, and minimal eccentricity during the press-fitting process. Equipped with a PLC touch screen numerical control system, it can accurately set press-fitting pressure, stroke, and pressure holding time, and supports the storage and calling of multi-segment process programs. The equipment collects pressure and displacement data in real time, automatically generates press-fitting curves, online judges whether the workpiece is qualified, and allows production data to be exported and stored. It also supports docking with MES systems to achieve full traceability of assembly quality.
It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety gratings, and emergency stop buttons to prevent workpiece and operator injuries. The tonnage, stroke, and tooling can be customized according to motor specifications, and positioning fixtures and automatic feeding/unloading mechanisms are optional, making it suitable for semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines. It is widely used in the press-fitting of components such as new energy vehicle motors, industrial motors, and water pump motors, featuring stable press-fitting and high yield rate.
