Jinan Mingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd(formerly Jinan Mingshui Pharmaceutical Factory) was founded in 1989, and completed the reform of joint-stock company from state-owned enterprise with registered capital of 50 million Yuan in 2002. For many years, the company is specialized in the pharmaceutical field, and now has become a large-scale modern high-tech pharmaceutical enterprise focusing on scientific research, production and sale.

Jinan Mingxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is located in the eastern suburb of the capital of Shandong province, and the northern part of Highway“Jinan-Qingdao”. It needs only 20 minutes' drive from Jinan International Airport, 300 kms away from one of China's largest cargo throughput ports–Qingdao. The company covers an area of 68,000 square meters, construction area of 42,000 square meters. The company’s fixed assets are 120 million Yuan, and net assets are 95 million Yuan.
