For the first step, OCC has invested 500 million RMB to build 100,000t/a causdic soda plant and 35,000t/a chlorinated paraffin, has started building 60,000t/a high-purity liquid causdic soda plant, constructing the export base of high-purity liquid causdic soda and developing other fine chemicals. The other fine chemicals, petrochemicals and bio-chemicals are preparing to construct. ZGCC has the ability to produce 110,000t/a caustic soda, 85000t/a liquid chlorine, 60000t/a hydrochloric acid, 40000t/a hydrogen peroxider, main production is (30%、32%、42%～50%) liquid causdic soda,99% solid causdic soda, (31%～36%) high-purity hydrochloric acid,sodium hypo-chlorite,(27.5%、35%、50%) hydrogen peroxider and pressed hydrogen.
