Properties and Applications

Relative density 1.24. Soluble in carbon disulfide, benzene and chloroform, insoluble in water. Stable in storage. ZDBC belongs to ultra-accelerator, which is usually used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber and latex. Its activity in dry rubber is higher than that of ZDEC. ZDBC can significantly improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, without discoloration, pollution and easy to disperse.

Dosage: Add appropriately according to specific needs.
Packaging: Composite paper bag lined with PE bag, net weight 25Kg per bag; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life: 24 months.
