Properties and Applications

Used as a rapid vulcanization accelerator for styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and cis-polybutadiene rubber, generally not suitable for natural rubber. Mostly used in the vulcanization bonding between rubber for valve stems and copper valve stems.

Performance: Vulcanization accelerator CuMDC (CDD) is a dark brown powder. It has a slight odor. It decomposes easily to generate copper oxide when heated.

Applications: Used as a rapid vulcanization accelerator for styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and cis-polybutadiene rubber, generally not suitable for natural rubber. When used as the main accelerator in styrene-butadiene rubber, use 0.2-0.75 parts of this product, matched with 1.5-0.2 parts of sulfenamide and 0.5-2 parts of sulfur; as an auxiliary

accelerator, use 0.05-0.2 parts of this product, 0.5-2.0 parts of sulfenamide and 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur. When used as the main accelerator in butyl rubber, use 1.0-2.0 parts of this product, matched with 0.5-2.0 parts of sulfenamide and 1.0-2.0 parts of sulfur. Storage: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight.
Packaging: Composite paper bag with plastic film bag inside, net weight 25 kg per bag, 500 kg per pallet.
