Properties and Applications

TDEC is used as a fast primary or secondary accelerator in IIR (with extremely fast curing speed), NR, NBR, SBR and EPDM.

Performance: Sulfur accelerator TDEC is a light yellow or orange-yellow powder. It is soluble in chloroform and benzene, slightly soluble in ethanol and gasoline, and insoluble in water.
Applications:This product is an ultra-fast vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is mainly used in the manufacture of airbags (inner tubes, water bladders), extruded hoses, wire and cable insulation layers, rubber fabrics and molded products, etc. For applications in rubber products that come into contact with food, please refer to the relevant regulations in the BgVV chapters.

Storage:Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.
