Properties and Applications

As a rubber vulcanization accelerator, it is mainly added to materials such as natural latex and chloroprene rubber for manufacturing industrial products like cables, rubber shoes, tires, etc. It can also be used as an intermediate for dyes and pharmaceuticals, and as a chemical reagent for determining osmium and rhodium products. DPTU is a type of accelerator with fast vulcanization speed, and the products obtained have high mechanical strength and excellent bending fatigue resistance. Its critical vulcanization temperature is 80℃, and it has high activity when the temperature is above 100℃. Attention should be paid to premature vulcanization during mixing.

Dosage: DPTU 3.5-4.0phr, sulfur 1.5-2.0phr.
Packaging: Composite paper bag lined with PE bag, net weight 25Kg per bag; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.
