Features and Applications

Curekind zinc stearate is a non-toxic, white lightweight powder. It is insoluble in most organic solvents, and slightly soluble in hot aromatic solvents, vegetable oils, mineral oils and the like. Its melting point is approximately 120℃. After melting, it becomes a low-viscosity liquid. Curekind zinc stearate is mainly used in the plastic and rubber industries, and can serve as a non-toxic heat stabilizer, lubricant, dispersant, release agent and mold release agent. Meanwhile, it also functions as a vulcanizing activator and softener in rubber. When used as a stabilizer in PVC, it exhibits excellent performance when used in combination with calcium stearate.

Dosage: Depending on the specific application, the addition amount in rubber is 2~10 parts.
Applications: Used in rubber, plastic, paint, coating and other industries.
Packaging: Composite paper bags lined with PE bags, net weight 25Kg per bag; 500Kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and rain. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
