Applications:CUREKIND PEG4000 is non-toxic, non-irritating, slightly bitter in taste, has good water solubility and good compatibility with many organic components. It has excellent lubricity, moisture retention, dispersibility, adhesiveness, antistatic agent and softener, etc. It has good thermal stability and low volatility at high temperatures, as well as good fluidity. It is used as an activator and lubricant in the rubber industry, and is an excellent dispersant for fillers and chemicals. It is especially suitable as a dispersant for white carbon black and rubber, which can improve the plasticity of raw rubber, improve fluidity, enhance the dispersibility of white carbon black, and increase the activity of vulcanizing agents, and has a certain impact on vulcanization characteristics.

Usage method: It can be mixed on open mills and internal mixers. It is recommended to add it together with fillers. To prevent sticking to the rolls, it can also be added at the initial stage of mixing. When adding, it must be added slowly in batches to ensure no roll stripping, otherwise mixing will be difficult.

Dosage: For various compression molding and extrusion products, 2-5 phr
