Features and Applications

R-60 has good compatibility with natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and can improve the mixing uniformity of rubbers with different polarities and viscosities. R-60 can increase the tackiness of compoundings without tackifiers and improve their processability. R-60 can reduce the phenomenon of sticking to rolls, increase the extrusion rate and improve calendering performance. Adding R-60 has no effect on the properties of vulcanized rubber, and it can be used in light-colored products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.0 - 5.0 parts per hundred parts of rubber (phr).
Application: Used in various rubber products, such as shock-absorbing parts like sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
Disposal: It is recommended to install exhaust ventilation in the working area where chemical additives for rubber processing are used. For further disposal information, please refer to the safety data sheet of Actmix R-60.
