Features and Applications

Actmix TRA/PN is a pre-dispersed rubber accelerator developed for rubber and plastic foaming materials such as NBR/PVC. Actmix TRA/PN is a thiuram accelerator. When used in combination with mercaptan or sulfenamide accelerators in NBR or CSM rubber, the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. In terms of processing performance, Actmix TRA/PN uses carriers and dispersants that are fully compatible with polar rubber and plastic foaming materials, and can be quickly dispersed in rubber, thereby ensuring the activity of the active substances.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: General dosage, 0.35-3.5phr.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber and plastic foamed products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
