Features and Applications

Actmix ZDMC-70CM is a pre-dispersed rubber accelerator developed for rubber and plastic foam materials such as NBR/PVC and others. Actmix ZDMC-70CM can rapidly vulcanize natural rubber and synthetic rubbers like NBR. Compared with Actmix ZDEC-70 and Actmix ZDBC-70, Actmix ZDMC-70 has longer scorch time and higher vulcanization efficiency. Actmix ZDMC-70CM can endow rubber and plastic foam materials with better tensile strength and superior rebound resilience. In terms of processability, Actmix ZDMC-70CM uses carriers and dispersants fully compatible with polar rubber and plastic foam materials, which can disperse rapidly in rubber, thus ensuring the activity of the active substances.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: In NBR: 0.8-1.2phr; Used as auxiliary accelerator: 0.05-0.3phr.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber and plastic foam products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets and others, especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blend materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, with a recommended shelf life of one year.
