Features and Applications

Actmix LPZ/PN is a pre-dispersed rubber accelerator specially developed for rubber and plastic foam materials such as NBR/PVC. Actmix LPZ/PN can quickly vulcanize these rubber and plastic foam materials, with a relatively long scorch time and high vulcanization efficiency, while endowing the rubber and plastic foam materials with better tensile strength and better rebound resilience. In terms of processing performance, Actmix LPZ/PN uses carriers and dispersants that are fully compatible with polar rubber and plastic foam materials, and can be quickly dispersed in rubber, ensuring the best activity of the active substances.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: 0.8-1.2phr in NBR; 0.05-0.3phr when used as a secondary accelerator.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber and plastic foam products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
Disposal: It is recommended to install exhaust fans in the working area where chemical additives are used during rubber processing. For further disposal information, please refer to the safety data sheet of Actmix LPZ/PN.
