Features and Applications

Actmix LZS/PN is a pre-dispersed rubber additive combination for rubber and plastic foaming materials such as NBR/PVC. Actmix LZS/PN selects carriers and dispersants that are fully compatible with polar rubber and plastic foaming materials, and can be quickly dispersed in rubber, ensuring the optimal activity of active ingredients.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: Standard dosage is 0.35-3.5phr.
Applications: Various heat-resistant rubber and plastic foamed products, such as hoses, insulation sleeves, insulation gaskets, etc., especially products based on NBR and NBR/PVC blended materials.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place in sealed containers, the recommended shelf life is one year.
